Wrote a document detailing how best to split the application architecture of the company to split into 2 separate divisions with different goals and 'speeds', 

PIM/DAM 

Successfully implemented a centralized PIM/DAM platform, establishing a single source of truth for all product information and digital assets. This system now ensures complete brand consistency and automates product syndication, dramatically accelerating the time-to-market across all internal and third-party retail channels.

Created Architectural Roadmap

Using the LeanIX metamodel, documented all applications, integrations and Data to define an architectural roadmap.

Documented all ( 300+) applications within the company and advised which applications to consolidate resulting in a reduced complexity and cost of the IT landscape.

Designed a Single Sign-on OpenId compatible Platform to enable all customers to have a single username and password across all company applications.

Industrial IOT Project for predictive maintenance

Designed and implemented a Project leveraging AWs technologies to build a Big Data platform to collect all sensor data from the factory in preparation of predictive maintenance.

Defining a Architectural vision for the company

Defined a set of rule that govern the implementation of new applications in accordance with the needs of the company

Multi Touchpoint Product Configurator 

Designed a product configurator that could be used on a customers website as well as in store, fully integrated with the 3rd party websites ( pricing, availability)

Microservice Oriented Architecture 

As the lead architect, I designed the integration strategy for all core business systems (SAP, MS Dynamics, ... ) , establishing the foundational roadmap for a highly interconnected enterprise environment. This was achieved by implementing a scalable, microservices-oriented architecture centered on API-first and event-driven principles to manage complexity and ensure future agility.

URL/QR Code redirect tool 

Created a URL shortener tool that generates a qr code for long lived and redirectable QR-codes on packaging material

Prototyped a platform to enable the generation of recurring revenue for a home automation platform. 

Digitized an entire company ( food supplements, 100 employees)
